Duane has over 30 years of applied and theoretical research experience, and has led a multitude of teams in a vast array of advanced analytics for a variety of industries, both in the US and across the globe. He has a proven track record of developing innovative and statistically sound analytic solutions to complex decisions; thus, providing data driven strategic insights and recommendations to the highest levels of Fortune 500 clients. This includes extensive work within the automotive industry.

At the RDA Group, he was the Senior Vice President of Analytic Services and the architect in the conceptual design and implementation of one of the world’s largest global quality tracking systems. Additionally, he has extensive experience in conducting customer satisfaction, product quality, product development, market segmentation, forecasting, loyalty and pricing studies.

Prior to joining the RDA Group, Dr. Trojniak was a Research Manager at Maritz Marketing Research and an Assistant Professor at the University of Detroit Mercy where he taught a variety of MBA courses.
